• Coordinate daily and weekly machinery deployment schedules across project sites• Assist in managing heavy equipment including excavators, cranes, loaders, compactors and generators• Execute preventive maintenance schedules and follow up on servicing to minimize downtime• Monitor machinery utilization, fuel consumption and operating costs• Maintain machinery inventory records, service logs and related documentation• Ensure day-to-day compliance with DOSH requirements and site safety standards• Supervise machine operators and maintenance technicians on-site• Coordinate with Foreman and warehouse/store personnel on parts, tools and equipment inventory• Assist in investigating machinery breakdowns and incidents• Liaise with site supervisors and Machinery Manager on machinery availability• Follow up on insurance, road tax and statutory inspection renewals
