Marketing assistants support all the efforts and operations carried out by marketing managers and officers. They prepare reports in relation to the marketing operations needed by other departments, especially account and financial divisions. They ensure that resources needed by the managers to perform their job are in place. Additional requirements: • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in any related field. • Good knowledge of computers and related skills. • Candidates are familiar with marketing tools, promoting products, telemarketing and any other marketing activities. • Good at public speaking/presentation. • Possess knowledge in designing posters and advertisements. • Must be willing to travel for official tasks. • Possess driving license. Job Description: 1) Support the marketing leadership team through the organization and administrative support for various projects. 2) Maintain strong communication between marketing executives and internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate employee meetings and communications for the marketing department. 3) Maintain executive schedules and oversee project load. 4) Plan, prepare and deliver presentations on behalf of the marketing team. 5) Conduct research for key marketing campaigns.
