1. Membangunkan strategi pemasaran dan jualan yang berkesan untuk :
• Mendapatkan projek dalam bentuk perundingan.
• Mendapatkan penyertaan dalam ekspo dan persidangan (conference).
• Meningkatkan pengambilan pelajar Diploma Pascasiswazah Pendidikan, DIJAP, TVET, Kelas Mengaji, Kelas KAFA dan lain-lain aktiviti yang berpotensi untuk menjana pendapatan.
• Meningkatkan kehadiran pelajar ke UESSB Lounge dan jualan kafeteria UESSB.
• Meningkatkan kuantiti jualan bagi produk-produk yang dihasilkan oleh USIM.
2. Menyediakan bantuan dan sokongan kepada bakal pelanggan / prospek untuk memastikan keperluan mereka dipenuhi dan mereka mempunyai pengalaman yang positif.
3. Membina dan memelihara hubungan yang berterusan dengan prospek dan memantau kepuasan mereka.
4. Mengenalpasti dan melaksanakan pelbagai inisiatif pemasaran termasuk pengiklanan dalam media sosial, laman web, pemasaran emel dan promosi di tempat-tempat strategik.
5. Menguruskan pelbagai nisiatif promosi seperti mendapatkan penajaan, penawaran khas dan pertandingan.
6. Menyediakan bantuan dan sokongan kepada kakitangan yang menguruskan projek yang berpotensi untuk menjana pendapatan.
7. Melaksanakan kajian pemasaran untuk mengenalpasti keperluan dan keinginan prospek dan menggunakan maklumat ini untuk meningkatkan kualiti penawaran projek.

• Assist students in course enquiry, provide course counselling to market and promote academic programmes.
• Conduct telemarketing and follow up on student enquiry/ application status
• Provide counselling to prospective students (walk-in or call-in) on the information relating to the programmes, admission requirements and other matters as and when necessary.
• Maintain good relationship and attend to students/parents' enquiries and complaints in an appropriate and prompt manner and adhere to service standards.
• Liaise with school counsellors for career talk or fair participation, also school visits to build relationships with counsellors/ principals.
• Drive new student recruitment, ensure new student target are met and drive marketing initiatives for MILA University.
• Maintain, track and follow up the records of the prospect students till the admission.
• Maintain the database of enquiries from prospective students. Conduct follow up and customer service (via phone, e-mail, etc.) where necessary
• Participate in the major student recruitment activities i.e. counselling during Open Day of the university, education fair and road shows.
• Propose marketing plan/ budget for new students / lead generation.
• Carry out sales and marketing activities (locally & outstation)/ events for both online & offline such as roadshows, education fairs, virtual recruitment events, career talks, and logistic planning.
• To assist the Head of Marketing in any other responsibilities relevant to the above.
Job Requirements
• Possess a recognized bachelor’s degree in marketing/business or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in student recruitment role.
• Customer focus and result oriented and able to communicate with students and parents in a courteous and professional manner.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application.
• Independent and able to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required for recruitment events and activities.
