Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging content for our company’s social media platforms, newsletters, and press releases.
Campaign Support: Help coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support marketing strategies.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and managing events, including logistics, guest lists, and promotional materials.
Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media activity using analytic tools.
Communications: Support internal communications initiatives and contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Creative thinker with attention to detail.
Proactive and eager to take on new challenges.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
3+ years in an ecommerce-focused digital marketing role.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads, Merchant Center, and Google Suite.
Knowledgeable with email marketing platforms like MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Data-driven mindset and analytical approach.
Knowledge of SEO, affiliate marketing, and social media marketing best practices.
Execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, and testing to optimize open and click-through rates.
Format and publish blog content, including images and internal links.
Track campaign performance in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other platforms; analyze data and report on ROI.
Maintain updated website content across client stores, including promotions, product pages, and more.
Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth marketing operations and execution.

- Responsible sales and purchasing activities according to company policies and procedures.
- Process customer Quotation, Delivery Order & Invoice.
- Ensure information on Delivery Orders and Invoices are correct when sent out to the customer.
- Liaise with warehouse arrange goods delivery schedules.
- Generate Good Receive Note(GRN) in system and matching Purchases Invoices.
- Coordinate with vendors obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Liaise and coordinate with warehouses on inventory management.
- Be part of the team in term of planning the workflow for continuous improvement.
- Undertake any other assignments assigned by Superior from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend jobs (Saturday Alternate)
