  • Requirements* 1–3 years experience in TikTok, social media or content creation preferred.* Strong understanding of Malaysian TikTok culture and trends.* Strong short-form video shooting and editing skills.* Proficient in CapCut; Premiere Pro or equivalent is an advantage.* Able to develop concepts and scripts independently.* Understand hooks, storytelling, pacing and retention.* Comfortable analysing TikTok performance data.* Creative, fast-moving and comfortable testing new ideas.* Portfolio of TikTok / short-form content strongly preferred.* Comfortable appearing on camera is an advantage.
