4 to 8 years of experience delivering cross-functional digital, transformation, data or technology initiatives in fast-paced environments. • Demonstrated experience delivering at least one end-to-end AI, analytics or data-enabled project, from business problem definition through implementation and operational adoption. • Able to clearly articulate the business problem addressed, delivery approach, governance applied, requirements gathering approach, testing or validation conducted and measurable business value delivered. • Strong stakeholder engagement and change management capability, including experience facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements, aligning stakeholders and driving adoption across functions. • Strong client-facing or business-facing engagement capability, with the ability to explain process design, delivery rationale, trade-offs and implementation decisions clearly. • Working knowledge of AI, machine learning, forecasting and data-driven decision-making, including key concepts, business applications, limitations and practical implementation considerations. • Strong understanding of at least one functional business domain such as Human Resources, Finance, Logistics / Supply Chain, Operations or Customer Experience. • Strong command of project delivery methodologies including Agile, hybrid delivery, execution tracking, testing coordination, release readiness and post-go-live stabilisation. • Strong delivery discipline in scope management, milestones, risk management, issue resolution, governance and change control. • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to connect business problems, operational realities, technology constraints and measurable outcomes. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related disciplines. • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or relevant project delivery certifications are advantageous
