Coordinating all on-site activities to ensure the successful execution of material receiving, unloading, positioning, installation, testing, and commissioning, and defects rectification activities in alignment with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements.
Ensuring all site activities are executed as per schedule, reviewing periodic reports, and ensuring timely handover of work areas from customer. Attend all customer‑required site meetings in person.
Serving as a project representative by building and maintaining effective relationships with customers as well as other local organizations such as authorities, general contractors and suppliers to ensuring their active support of field activities.
