- • Plan monthly social media content and posting schedules• Develop content ideas for Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok• Film and edit short-form videos, including Reels, clinic activities, doctor sharing and treatment introductions• Create simple social media visuals and educational posts• Good in drafting copywriting, headlines and promotional copy• Keep up with current trends and propose creative content ideas• Assist doctors and team members during filming, including preparing scripts, props and filming setups• Organise and manage photos, videos and other brand assets• Monitor content performance, including views, engagement, follower growth and enquiries• Coordinate with the internal team and external marketing agencies to ensure timely content delivery• Ensure all content follows ACTS Clinic’s brand identity and relevant medical advertising
