As a valued member of the service team at IPG Hospitality's Indian restaurant, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable dining experience for our guests. As a Service Crew member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant. We have two restaurants in Singapore. Akasa at 79 Robinson Road CapitaSky and Indus Folk at 8A Marina Boulevard.
Customer Service: Interacting with customers in a friendly and helpful manner is crucial. You will be responsible for taking orders, answering customer inquiries, and providing recommendations about the dessert menu.
Order Taking: Accurately recording customer orders, whether it's for dine-in or takeaway, and entering them into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Food Preparation: You will be involved in preparing or assembling desserts. You are also expected to present the desserts attractively and in accordance with the company's standards. This includes maintaining cleanliness and neatness in the dessert display area.
