• Prepare, process, and monitor Purchase Orders (PO) to ensure timely delivery of goods.• Manage purchases through online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and other relevant e-commerce platforms.• Record goods receiving based on suppliers’ Delivery Orders (DOs), scan the documents and save them into server.• Assist in following up with suppliers to obtain invoice & COA.• Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to the Purchasing team as required.
