- The Manager will be the gate keeper in the timeliness and accuracy of employee related payments (including annual cycles). It is a primary role to review these payments and keep a systematic cycle to this. The Manager will collaborate with relevant departments, vendors and stakeholders to achieve this objective. In day-to-day operations, the Manager will lead and supervise the HR Services members in managing and completing HR processes and systems to expected timeline and accuracy level.
- Managing multiple levels of stakeholders. Most regular will be store operations where HRS is the primary contact in HR matters with store managers in handling new hires, regular and resigned employees. As relevant to your responsibility, you will take lead in discussions and conclusions with other Department Managers, Directors and Management to achieve HR and Company goals.
- As subject matter expert, you will take lead in keeping up with employment regulations of the country and then advise Management, execute relevant course of actions. You will attend to latest trends in HR practices which may influence our position as employer of choice for high talents and retail. You are also empowered to represent the Company in attending to Government labor officers and internal regulators (meetings/audits/visits). ...
