The position includes a three-month probation period, during which the starting salary will be paid at 80%.
This initial three-month period aims to thoroughly determine the suitability of remote talent in order to assess long-term employability or identify suitable replacements. If additional evaluation is required, the probation may be extended to a total of six (6) months.
Upon successful completion of the probation period (at either three or six months), the salary will be increased to 100% of the agreed amount.
