Responsibilities:
Managing daily operations of the retail outlet according to company's SOP Retail staff recruitment, coaching and motivate staff.
To ensure that retail outlet meet their monthly sales & KPI targets.
Handling high-level customer queries on electrical appliances.
Ensuring that retail outlet consistently deliver the highest level of customer service & brand experience to all walk-in clients.
Ensuring that retail outlet consistently maintain the highest standard of store image and the optimum levels of merchandise.
Candidate must possess at least DIPLOMA Level in Business Management / Retail Management.
Those without certificate but having experience at least 5 years in sales retail industry are an advantages and also encourage to apply.
Candidate must reliable, responsible, a team player and possess aptitude to learn and adapt.
Possess excellent time and people management skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Candidate must be willing to work on retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
Fresh graduates in related field of management are welcome to apply.
