We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join GSKL Property Holding Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving growth and expansion within our real estate portfolio. As Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and contributing to the company's commercial objectives in the competitive property market. This role is essential to our mission of establishing GSKL Property Holding as a leading player in the real estate sector.
Responsible for developing sales of animal hormone and reproductive products to cattle farms, dairy farms, livestock businesses, veterinary professionals, and agricultural organisations by identifying customers, conducting farm visits and demonstrations, coordinating technical support, and achieving sales and market expansion targets.
Develop and execute visual designs that respond to the overall creative and marketing strategies for DressingPaula’s campaigns, product launches, outlets, events and other marketing initiatives.
The Project Leader oversees projects from initiation to completion. This role coordinates project activities, leads the project team, manages timelines and resources, communicates with stakeholders, and ensures project deliverables meet agreed requirements.
