Lead the Product Engineering team in developing and managing repair schemes for airfoil components across multiple engine platforms (e.g., CFM56, V2500, CF6-80, TRENT series).
Serve as the technical authority on inspection & repair processes, including dimensional restoration, welding, machining, heat treatment, coatings (e.g., HVOF, Plasma Spray), and other processes used in airfoil repairs.
Own the product repair lifecycle – from technical development, to approval, implementation, and continuous improvement.
