(a) Assist and report to Production Supervisor daily of works done
(b) Train Operators on daily works based on Work Instruction, Packing Standard, Caution Point, etc.
(c) Monitor and ensure good product quality, productivity and target achieving
(d) Ensure that records are properly filled out on-time and achieve target
(e) Escalate any product quality or machine issue promptly to respective personnel and Production Supervisor. Ensure the issues are properly resolved
(f) Ensure all document are recent and displayed at Operator’s worktable (Work Instruction, Packing Standard, Caution Point, etc.)
(g) Ensure production output is tally with related records (daily defect records, GTN etc.)
(h) Monitor works done by Operators
(i) Ensure that housekeeping are well maintained at all time
(j) Ensure compliance to company’s rules and policy, including safety rules
(k) Any other duties as and when assigned
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. To assisting supervisor lead production team in achieving delivery, quality, cost, safety production documents and efficiency objectives.
2. To ensure material handlers and operator are motivated and competent to meet customer’s requirements.
3. To drive the production team to achieving target.
4. To ensure good housekeeping and safety at all time.
5. To ensure effectiveness on arrangement for lines or machines loading.
6. To ensure stock take results are accurate and efficient.
7. To ensure material are control within the job. No accumulation of EM material are allowed.
8. To ensure filing of all production documents.
9. To marking attendance.
10. Lot submission to QC with job traveler form.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
1. Candidate must possess at least SPM or any technical certification or equivalent.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing environment.
3. Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
4. Applicant must be Malaysian citizen and willing to work in Tebrau, Johor Bahru.
