Employee Relations: Manage minor misconduct and disciplinary cases by conducting investigations, gathering facts, issuing disciplinary letters with appropriate and detailed documentation. Maintain accurate and systematic case records, while analysing trends and providing regular insights to identify potential risks and improvement opportunities. Partner with and coach managers on managing misconducts, driving consistent accountability and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Support and coordinate Audits: Ensure that HR policies are fully compliant with government laws with the applicable audit framework – RBA, IMS include any other external / customer audits and company policies.
