• Oversee full production process for cabinetry and interior fit-out works from fabrication to delivery• Conduct quality inspection (QAQC) for all built-in cabinets before installation and handover• Establish, implement, and maintain QAQC standards, SOPs, and quality checklists across production• Monitor daily factory workflow to ensure smooth production output and meet project deadlines• Work closely with design, project, and site teams to ensure technical requirements are met• Conduct R&D on new materials, hardware, accessories, and construction methods to improve quality and cost efficiency• Monitor and control carpentry, fabrication, and project material inventory to avoid shortage or wastage• Identify production issues, defects, and rework causes, and implement corrective actions• Ensure proper coordination between factory and site installation team• Conduct site visits when required to ensure workmanship quality and installation accuracy• Continuously improve production efficiency, quality control system, and workflow processes

Quality System The QA Executive guides and supports the implementation of the Nestle Quality System in the plant in collaboration with the other departments. He / she validates and verifies that QMS, HACCP, and all other SOP’s are effectively implemented. He / she assist the plant to maintain a high hygiene standard at all times.
Finished Product / line Control Following prescribe guidelines the QA Executive establishes and reviews all quality control checks in the conversion of raw materials to Finished Goods. He / she is responsible to validate and verify that all quality checks are properly executed. He / she ensures that all manufacturing materials and finished products meet the prescribed specifications before release by close monitoring of results and advising on the corrective action to be taken in case of deviations.
Raw / Packing material control Following prescribed guidelines the QA Executive establishes, implements and reviews all quality control checks for raw/ packing materials on arrival. He / she is responsible to ensure that all checks are properly executed. He / she is able to anticipate, trouble-shoot and resolve quality deviations in collaboration with the suppliers and the QA Manager. When there are slow moving materials / aging stocks as identified by the Resource Unit / Production teams (WIP material), the QAE arrange for re-sampling and re-evaluation . Feedback results obtained to Resource Unit Manager and QA Manager. Participates in vendor assessment program.

Support to operation sites ( WH & Copack) by validating and verifying all quality elements are adhered. Train and build competency of DC / 3rd party warehouse operations staff and transportation team related to quality i.e. traceability, GWP, aging stock management, damage stock management, stock status control, container inspection, and other assigned topics.
Manage and coordinate local trade and IMS complaints related to either ambient or temperature controlled products from distributors, retails or consumers (related to Supply Chain) or to importers with thorough investigation conducted with root causes identified and corrective/preventive actions implemented effectively.
