As a Quality Assurance Engineer in our Kedah-based manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for ensuring that bonded, coated, and sewn industrial gloves consistently meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards. The role involves developing and maintaining quality management systems, monitoring production and inspection activities, investigating product and process non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to optimize manufacturing performance, analyze quality data and trends, and support internal and external audits. The position also plays a key role in maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements, SMETA ethical and social compliance standards, and all applicable customer, safety, and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Perform Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), Final Quality Control (FQC), Outgoing Quality Assurance (OQA), and reliability inspections according to inspection plans, specifications, and customer requirements.
