- Location:PunggolSalary Range:- $2800-$4500Job Responsibilities:- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet.- Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.- Provide assistance to customers and respond to their enquiries and requests.- Interact with children and parents throughout their visit to ensure a positive customer experience.- Communicate with children in a patient, friendly, and approachable manner.- Provide guidance and assistance to customers where necessary.- Handle customer requests and feedback professionally, escalating matters to the supervisor when required.- Support the team in ensuring smooth daily operations and a good overall customer experience.- Assist with activities, events, promotions, or other operational tasks as needed.- Work closely with team members to support daily operations and customer service.- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.Requirements:- Prior experience working with or interacting with children is highly preferred.- Candidates from Preschool, Childcare, Tuition, Enrichment Centre, Kids Playground, Indoor Playground, or Kids Events backgrounds are welcome.- Experience at Kiztopia, Kidztopia, or similar children-related environments will be an added advantage.- Retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.- Patient, friendly, and comfortable interacting with children.- Able to communicate effectively with both children and parents.- Positive, approachable, and service-oriented personality.- Able to remain calm and patient when handling children or busy customer situations.- Comfortable working in a lively, customer-facing environment.- Good teamwork and communication skills.- Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays where required.
