The Regional Store Sales Controller's main task and responsibility is to optimize the growth and profitability for the physical stores. To achieve this you create a strategy, set goals and actions, share expectations, follow-up and together with the Regional Sales Manager secure the long-term success of the local markets. You maintain a constant collaboration with the Regional Brand Controller, Cross functional teams within region, COS Head office departments and the backbone departments of the local H&M group. What you will do: Lead and coach your team of area controllers to make good business decisions based on supporting analysis and financial insights. Analyse, propose and implement operational strategies through proactive business controlling. Oversee the short and long term budgets & financial plans for physical stores within the region. Analyse and pursue opportunities to increase sales and improve profit through right planning and managing cost efficiency Support the annual goal setting & strategic planning process within the regional sales organization. Facilitate constructive communication, collaboration and knowledge sharing among our stores, area teams and other support functions. Lead and manage your team of controllers and develop a succession and talent management strategy. Qualifications
