- Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Store Performance-Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets-Improve store performance through layout, merchandising, and stock control-Monitor KPIs such as sales, productivity, and stock movement2. Store Operations- Execute and improve daily store operations- Optimize sales floor layout to maximize customer flow and conversion- Ensure fast stock turnover and strong product presentation3. Team Management- Lead, train, and develop store staff- Build a stable team with clear roles and accountability- Reduce staff turnover and improve team performance4. Execution & Problem Solving- Identify issues in store performance and take action- Implement improvements and track results- Work closely with Area Manager on store strategy
