We are looking for a friendly and energetic sales assistant to greet customers, answer any queries and assist with finding the requested stock. The sales assistant is also responsible for repacking shelves and ensuring that the store is clean.
To be successful as a sales assistant you must have excellent customer service skills. A good sales assistant remains calm when dealing with difficult customers and elevates complaints to the manager where needed.
As a Sales Assistant, you play a crucial role in providing support to the sales team and ensuring a positive customer experience. This entry-level position involves a combination of customer service, product knowledge, and assistance with various sales-related tasks
1) Execute the accurate handling, packing and storage of materials in a warehouse.
2) Received goods, label them, check quality, store the goods and document any damage.
3) Required monitor stock levels of items, keep inventory and ship goods.
4) Advantage for fork lift driver license.

-ensure stock must be sent out for outlet within 2 week .
-must responsibility with the stock received good in store.
-follow stock height level/food/non food storage.
-any outstanding stock must inform incharge person immediately.
-need ensure stock movement in out and balance must tally with stock out value.
-ensure tidy and cleanliness at the store.(every week must tidy out the store).
-must prepare to take the orders when the outlet has a purchase order stock .
-damage ,leaking stock arrangement at good return area,make sure he must always get feedback from receiving
whether the claim is done or not.
-help ensure the stock at store all must have labelling,import sticker,english or bm wording.

6. To resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing report and making recommendations to directors.
