Tesla Sales Trainee Program offers up to six-month of enriching experiences to develop future leaders in Tesla and in sustainable energy. Trainees will be assigned with relevant role throughout the learning duration which may include various roles depending on business needs and learning opportunities.

You will be responsible for pursuing leads in our database as well as discovering new prospects through traditional marketing techniques,digital marketing and social media. While you will often collaborate with sales team, you must be able to work independently.

Job Responsibilities:
Actively promote personal credit line or loans at selected branches
Attending to walk-in clients at the branch
Ensure the application form is duly filled up and documents are in order for processing
Telesales duties and follow up with customers via telephone if branches are not crowded
Sales oriented role
Period:
6 months contract
converted to 12 months (subject to renewal) if meet the standards (within or after month 6 where remuneration is based on $1500 base pay + sales incentive)
Salary:
$1,500/month + Monthly allowance of $1500 (No commission for 1st 6 months)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Location:
Various Branches (will be assigned to 2 different branches every month)
Job requirements:
Minimum N Level
Has experience in sales, or any other related fields
Confident with good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer oriented and sales driven
Willing to work on weekends and to travel to allocated branches
