Provide technical support for both hardware and software applications within the organisation.
Handle daily IT support tickets and incident management (Infra & overall applications, including ERP, WMS, other business systems).
Support the full cycle of delivery for the end-user's change request, including gather user requirement, analysis, configuration, testing and deployment. Participate in the system configuration, setup test environment, user acceptance testing and deployment of new application features or enhancements.
