• Ensure a safe and comprehensive handover is given at shift or crew change with all pertinent operational and maintenance information to relevant personnel
• Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the ranks through out the Company.

Responsibilities:
Perform regular checks and preventive maintenance on a variety of kitchen machinery and equipment, such as ovens, mixers, refrigerators, and freezers.
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including schedules, repairs, and parts used.
Work closely with kitchen staff to anticipate equipment problems and take preventive action.
Assess equipment performance and suggest upgrades or replacements to improve kitchen efficiency.
Stay updated on the latest maintenance techniques and technologies for optimal performance.
Additional Information:
Prior relevant experience in a central kitchen will be highly advantageous
