Responsible for interactively working with business units/ work with users to design, create, develop, modify, and debug BAQ's (Business Activity Queries), dashboards, BPM's (Business Process Management), scheduled processes and reports, enhancements and customizations to Epicor and provide day-to-day support to users.
Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
Create documentation including instruction/ user manuals and other reference materials as required.
