CQE Engineer:-Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on all quality-related matters, including audits, complaints, feedback, and quality performance reviews.-Investigate customer complaints and quality issues, coordinate containment actions, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.-Prepare and manage customer quality reports, including 8D reports, corrective action reports, and quality performance metrics.-Work closely with internal departments such as Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Sales to resolve quality issues and improve customer satisfaction.QMS Engineer:-Maintain, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.-Plan, conduct, and coordinate internal quality audits, external audits, customer audits, and certification audits.-Manage QMS documentation, including procedures, work instructions, forms, records, and quality policies.-Monitor quality objectives, KPIs, non-conformities, and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.-Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, Six Sigma, 8D, Poka-Yoke, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
