You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Steward is responsible to ensure a clean and sanitary work environment in the kitchen and stewarding areas, and to wash, clean and stock operating equipment and kitchen utensils.
Cook food items and prepare drinks according to established standards to ensure consistent quality and taste
Maintain hygiene and safety standards by cleaning work areas and following food safety protocols to ensure a safe environment

Set up, dismantle, store, maintain and handle all products and resources for Stewarding department following established standards to ensure tidiness and cleanliness of work and service stations
Receive and report product and service issues, providing actionable feedback to improve quality
Participate actively in hotel events and stewarding deaprtment communication sessions such as briefings and host events to support team alignment
