We are seeking dynamic professionals with hands-on experience in leading supply chain planning platforms such as o9, Kinaxis, OMP, Blue Yonder, RELEX, and other cloud-based planning solutions (non-exhaustive) to join our growing Supply Chain & Operations Planning team. This role is open to Analysts, Consultants, or Managers, and is suitable for candidates from both consulting and end-user backgrounds across Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), and other industries.
You will play a critical role in designing, configuring, and optimizing supply chain planning solutions while helping clients improve their planning strategy and achieve key performance outcomes. Ideal candidates are problem-solvers who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology in a global, fast-paced environment, with solid understanding of S&OP and integrated supply chain planning processes.

Develop and implement data collection strategies to ensure accurate and relevant data capture from new support services such as Viva Connections Support Site (integrated with ServiceNow), IVR, and Gen-AI Chatbot.
Lead the ongoing monitoring and analysis of data post-implementation to identify trends, areas for improvement, and emerging issues in the support experience.
