Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, contract extensions, and other HR-related documents. Coordinate onboarding activities including documentation, deployment, and employee records. Monitor contract expiry dates and support renewal or extension processes. Provide candidate care and handle employee queries throughout the employment journey. Support Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) matters including warning letters, disciplinary documentation, investigations, and employee communication. Prepare HR reports and workforce updates for management and clients. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper HR documentation.
