Follow all plant safety requirements and participate in activities to continuously improve safety performance. Lead/participate in department and site safety initiatives including attending and leading safety meetings as assigned.
Support the SHE Manager and Operation team with planning, coordinating and implementing effective SHE policies, rules, guidelines and procedures, related SHE statutory requirements, Synthomer SHEMS Standards, Environment Monitoring and Compliance to ensure safe operation and compliance.
