- Role Description: • Perform field service jobs as assigned and ensure that job execution results in customer satisfaction as well as in compliance with all safety standards Key Tasks : Perform assigned field service jobs and/or according to maintenance schedule in a timely manner and submit complete documentation to Service Engineer to ensure fulfilment of daily service tasks to customers' satisfaction and in meeting department's sales targets • Complete and submit service reports timely to department's coordinator for capturing of hours and travelling hours into SAP for analysis as and when required • Conduct testing and equipment failure analysis on customers' equipment in order to improve and stabilize equipment performance during service tasks assigned.
