Work in close cooperation with the L&D CoE teams to ensure great learner experiences through well-organized training events. Work with trainers and business stakeholders to deliver efficient end-to-end training coordination services. The main responsibility of the Training Specialist is to support local L&D Business Partners and specialists with administrative tasks related to organizing agreed training, following the unit’s training plan. What will you be doing? • Key focal point for KONE Philippines using Tagalog language and support for Southeast Asia (SEA) countries. • Coordinating schedules with internal/external trainers and managers or business stakeholders. • Handle “On-demand training” especially gathering the interest for existing trainings. • Covering the end-to-end process (from initiating the training till successful completion, including follow-up communication, feedback survey, and storage of the training material). • Managing wait lists, enrolments, and cancellations. • Communicating with learners by sending invitations and agreeing on changes to enrolments using Tagalog language to support Philippines and business partners. • Tracking approvals, pre-work assignments, test scores, or similar depending on the training. • Acting as a facilitator for selected programs on virtual platforms (introducing and closing the meeting, contributing where applicable). • Reporting on organized training, including statutory reporting. • In case of classroom training make all the necessary arrangements (training facility, accommodation, catering, etc.). • Any other administrative tasks related to training management (e.g., the management of local grants and newsletters, where applicable). Are you the one? • Experience with vendor management and/or communication with external partners. • Previous experience with organizing training programs and acting as a facilitator as an advantage. • Experience in working in a shared service center or call center is an advantage. • Fluent working language skills in written and spoken English and local languages such as Tagalog. • Ability to effectively communicate about learning and development opportunities to different stakeholders. • Good organizational skills. • Excellent collaboration and cross-cultural skills. • Ability/Potential to train/facilitate. • Proactive way of working with the ability to work independently. • Bachelor’s degree or similar, preferably in Human resources, Languages, Business administration, or General economics. • Reporting coordination and review of translation. • End – to from initiation to the evaluation of training.
