Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager / Project Manager to lead and manage high-rise building construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, authorities, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities at site to ensure work quality, progress, and compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.- Manage high-rise building construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and safety standards.- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where required.- Prepare and review project reports, documentation, and progress updates.- Oversee site teams and provide leadership, guidance, and performance management.- Ensure proper use of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment.- Utilize project management and technical software (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Project) for planning, coordination, and reporting.

Support and enable Marketing department, providing business program marketing support including but not limited to: • Driving the strategy and execution of customized and scalable global partner co-marketing programs and campaign. • Developing full year co-marketing framework and managing the approval process and plan globally. • Program Training. • Escalation management. • Noncompliance-work with IIP finance for resolution of compliance queries. • Localization of content. • Provide marketing assistance to customers using effective communication, listening and comprehension skills. • Solve problems within agreed quality standards using a good understanding of customer and Intel relationship. • Identifies and escalates complex problems to next level of support and resolve as per agreed SLA. • Familiarizes self with the company partner marketing programs. • Help to provides solutions/suggestion to customer, following a set of SOP. • Provide good customer service experience to customers. • Understand and respect language and country nuances when talking with the customers in different countries. Requirements: • Diploma/degree holder in any field, marketing or Accounting / Finance degree holders preferred. • Open to fresher or having an internship experience in Marketing/ Finance and related fields. • Good reporting, especially Excel or Power BI. • Experience work in multinational company environment. • Speaking in decent English. • Positive attitude and able to drive the issue until resolved.
Drive the execution of Lattice’s FPGA Silicon programs through various development phases (architecture, design, verification, validation and release).
Engage regularly with global stakeholders (Silicon, SW, SoftIP, HW, Operations, Marketing) to drive execution, resolve issues, and ensure on-time program completion.
