Key Responsibilities • Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of store assistants/storekeepers to achieve departmental goals and KPIs • Ensure 100% inventory accuracy at all times • Ensure compliance with HSE rules and regulations across warehouse operations • Conduct and chair regular toolbox meetings with the operations team • Manage staff matters, including discipline and performance issues • Issue warning letters when required • Review and approve or reject staff leave applications
