Position Overview The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Partner provides high-level executive, administrative, and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient management of daily business activities. This role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, business acumen, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced consulting environment. The PA will act as a gatekeeper, coordinator, and trusted support partner to the Managing Partner, ensuring optimal time management, communication flow, and execution of priorities. Responsibilities:
Reports to the Head of Sales of the Bureau and executes instruction & plans, aligning to the vision & mission of the Bureau.
Research, analyse and identify patterns of data and statistics aligning with the Bureau’s objectives
Actively establish & strengthen rapports with event venues and suppliers to procure data for the Business Events Report (BER). Actively research, study and verify data integrity of submitted data by partners.
