You'll be the hands, eyes, and occasionally the voice behind our visual output. Day-to-day, that means translating briefs into design that doesn't just look good. It works. It sells. It makes people stop scrolling. We're not building a portfolio gallery here; we're building communication that moves people and closes deals.
If you're fresh out of college, great. We'd rather shape good instincts than un-train bad habits. If you've got a few years behind you, even better. What matters more than your years is whether you have ideas you can't stop yourself from sharing, and the tenacity to keep pushing them even after the third round of feedback.
You'll work directly with the creative lead on real briefs for real clients. Not mock projects, not busy work. From day one, you'll observe, absorb, and get your hands dirty.
Assist in creating and adapting offline POSM (Point-of-Sales Materials) designs including gondola, counter displays, display racks, posters, wobblers, standees, and other retail materials.
Support the design team in developing creative concepts and visual materials for marketing campaigns, product launches, festive events, and promotions.
Assist in preparing design artwork, resizing, and adapting creative assets according to different retail and marketing requirements.
