Key Responsibilities - Post job advertisements on job portals and support recruitment activities.- Prepare offer letters, certificates, name tags, and other HR documents.- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.- Upload and organize employee documents in the HR system.- Check medical certificates (MCs) and other employee-related documents.- Assist with courier invoice management and general HR administrative duties.- Provide day-to-day support to the HR team and participate in HR projects as assigned.
Planning and execution of community engagement initiatives, setting objectives, defining outcomes, and driving volunteer growth and retention strategies.
Design and manage volunteer and partner engagement programmes, presentations, and external events to create opportunities for member involvement.
