The Head of Group Reporting is a member of the External Reporting management team within the Finance department of ING Wholesale Banking Asia. You are manager of the Group Financial Reporting team based in Singapore and you are the regional lead providing advice and support towards the Heads of Finance in the other branches in the region and the Finance Staff working in the regional shared service centre in Manila (~ 20 FTE); to ensure that we deliver consistent and aligned reporting throughout the region.
You are result-oriented and have sound knowledge and experience in the Financial sector. You excel at developing teams and individuals. At the same time, you are detail orientated and capable of approaching issues from analytical and strategic perspective and then defining concrete solutions that are practical to implement. You are independent, like to work on multiple tasks and can pro-actively manage multiple stakeholders.
Assist Product Owners in problem solving and implementing solutions that improve processes and journeys in credit origination, and advancing the innovation and digital culture of OCBC.
Gain a deep understanding and hands on experience in the re-engineering processes, automation and digitalisation of credit journeys in wholesale banking.

This role will primarily focus on coordinating and managing projects related to the maintenance and enhancement of our prod systems, ensuring timely delivery, stability, and high-quality results. Key Responsibilities Key point of contact for development team to coordinate / validate on the production readiness, change quality, observability, resilience, and production risk Identify and mitigate project risk, proactively addressing potential issues to minimize potential disruptions to production operations Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and any changes in scope or requirements. Facilitate the resolution of project-related issues and conflicts, working collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to find effective solutions Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, and other relevant records.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the production support team, implementing best practices to enhance overall project delivery and performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Own production operational issues by issuing initial response, data gathering, tracking, and resolution where possible as well as determining escalation protocol based on the nature of the issue Ability to direct multiple resources on cross functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex systems issues Manage and respond to users on timely manner for reported production issues/clarification Key Requirements Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, JMS, Webservices, Micro Service, Oracle, UNIX, IBM MQ Series, CTRLM, Splunk Proven experience in project management, particularly in a production support environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
