• Following specifications and calculations to create technical drawings.
• Concentrating in CAD Cam Design and development for mould industries.
• To design and efficient and effective CNC process for the product with multi-axis CNC Milling machine.
• Develop CNC machining processes.
• To perform process troubleshooting and improvement.
• Design and prepare jig and fixture for work holding.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the work area at all times.
• Communicating with sales and production, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.
• Knowledge of CAD or AutoCAD and 3D Modelling software is an advantage.
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
1. To conduct preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance for all machining production machineries.
2. To carry out continuous improvement activities such as to improve machine performance and cost reduction.
3. To ensure critical spare parts are readily available.
4. To support machining maintenance in monitoring and continually improves the maintenance system.
5. Keep and maintain proper records for all maintenance issues.
6. Support in any additional task as assigned by immediate superior.
