Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
- Strong Interpersonal skills to enable professional interaction with a wide range of contacts, both internal and external to the company.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible, proactive, multi-tasking, initiative, and detail-oriented person.
- Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to understand Mandarin as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients/stakeholders.
Tanggungjawab
- Personal Assistants perform secretarial work and provide Senior Managers with day-to-day administrative support.
- Reporting to Senior Management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
- Provide full Personal Assistant support to Director on a daily basis and be contactable during non-office hours for urgent tasks.
- Maintaining the Director’s time schedule and assisting in scheduling meetings and appointments, managing travel itineraries, and claims for the Director.
- Liaising with internal departments by transmitting directives, instructions, and assignments. Moreover, following up on the status of assignment.
- Undertaking other special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.
