Primary Job Responsibilities

• Research and identify KOL across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand awareness and experiences.(XiaoHongShu, IG, TikTok, Lemon8 etc.).
• Manage communications and build relationships with media, KOL, and third-party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions.
• Implement KOL engagement campaigns by liaising and coordinating with KOL in their requirements, timeline, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with team members to initiate and execute different promotional campaigns.
• Negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
• Organize the campaign details and the deliverables of influencer, arrange for samples delivery.
• Develop content ideas and write and curate content, able to prepare product brief and campaign brief.
• Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
