Kelayakan
- Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration Management HR Management or equivalent.
- Posses minimum 2 years of working experience in HR related field & payroll experience.
- Sound knowledge of HR practices, employment laws and regulations, local authorities, and legal implications.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize and multitask.
- Pleasant and positive disposition, meticulous, attention to details, self-motivated, prudent with strong sense of urgency and personal accountability.
- Able to work independently and a team player.
- Able to maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity, disciplined and professional.
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
Tanggungjawab
- To responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, payroll processing, performance management, employee relations, industrial relations, and other HR related services.
- To oversee and manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities management and supplies inventory to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of office.
- To perform any other duties or ad-hoc task required by superior or Management.
