- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and measurable results.
- Knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms.
- Mandarin language or Mandarin speaking candidates is a must.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggungjawab
- Content Creation: Assist in the creation of engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, such as social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website updates.
- Social Media Management: Help manage and monitor social media channels, including scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Support SEO efforts by conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Email Marketing: Aid in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including crafting compelling email copies and analyzing campaign results.
- Digital Advertising: Assist in the creation and management of digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other relevant channels.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously test and optimize landing pages, website elements, and marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and achieve business goals.
- Competitor Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
