Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance and expansion of the project community, continue to explore the community user needs, establish and continue to improve the community's workflow as well as system specifications;
• Through different forms of activities, content planning to enhance the degree of activity within the group, to help improve the conversion rate;
• To excavate, cultivate and package for quality content and user needs, be able to skillfully use various growth tools and operation tools, according to the node, user structure characteristics, independently responsible for the activity play planning and program output, according to the activity demand for cross-departmental communication, coordination of resources from various departments to promote the demand for efficient implementation of the activity program.
• Responsible for product experience class community operation and activity planning, material production.
