Kelayakan
- Preferable candidates specializing in Telemarketing / Telesales from Banking industry.
- SPM/Diploma/Degree in business, marketing, or a related field are welcome
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Posses the passion for sales and marketing.
- Excellent persuasion skills & target driven.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Able to cope well under pressure.
- Goal oriented and a strong team player.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin or any others 3rd language will be an added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
- Identify and establish contact with potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other lead generation methods. We will provide clients list for you too.
- Develop client-focused relationship to understand their needs
- To meet sales target and ensure 100% compliance at all time.
- To provide professional advice and workable resolution to customer’s enquiries.
