Kelayakan
- A diploma/degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Strong numerical and data entry skills.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Tanggungjawab
- Financial Data Entry: Accurately record financial transactions in accounting software; Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and detect discrepancies; Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, audit schedules, etc.
- Tax Compliance: Support tax compliance activities by maintaining records and preparing documents for tax filings. Stay informed about tax regulations and deadlines.
- Documentation and Filing: Maintain organized and systematic financial records and documentation; Safeguard financial information and maintain confidentiality.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that financial transactions and records comply with relevant accounting and tax regulations. Stay up to date with industry standards and best practices.
- Other adhoc tasks related to management services.
