Requirements
- Possess at least an SPM or relevant work experience.
- Recent graduates from universities or colleges are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in computer input and basic written communication in Mandarin
Tanggungjawab
- Handle order processing and respond to customer inquiries during live broadcasts.
- Assist the host in preparing products and materials before live broadcasts.
- Provide post-live support, including order tracking and confirmation, and other backend services.
- Participating in planning livestream content, providing creative input, and ensuring engaging content for the audience.
- Managing interactions within the livestream, engaging with viewers, answering questions, and providing support.
- Assisting the host in creating an engaging atmosphere in the livestream room
