Kelayakan
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and/or other dialects will be an added advantage.
- At least 1 year of Experienced / Fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
- Certification/ Diploma/Degree/Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ Business/ Media/ Advertising or related fields will be an advantage.
- Avid social media geek: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, etc.
- Experienced in Email Marketing/ Facebook Ads Manager/ Google Ads / SEO / SEM will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with solid knowledge of web analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends).
- Creative, can-do attitude, energetic and enthusiastic. Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Digital literacy and well versed in Microsoft Office, Adobe software or any other online sales platforms.
- Business Savvy.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Candidates with Google AdWords certification is highly desirable

Tanggungjawab
- Research advertising trends.
- Research competitors’ pricing and products.
- Decide on appropriate placement of ads.
- Determine what content will reach customers.
- Develop projects to create content.
- Publish digital marketing content online.
- Implement email marketing campaigns.
- Measure digital traffic (monitor online customer sales and service).
- Monitor social media and Google Analytics.
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools.
- Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders.
- Scale campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Monitor project status and budget.
- Conduct market research to inform campaigns.
- Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests.
- Develop and execute marketing activities across digital channels, including SEO, SEM, web management, email marketing, social media and digital advertising campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and develop content strategies to enhance the customer journey and amplify SEO.
- Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing activities and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Use analytical insights to create actionable strategies that will help increase teams effectiveness against marketing goals.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Keep abreast of trends, changes, opportunities and innovations in SEO and performance marketing and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Provide insights to drive an informed marketing strategy based on key metrics, historical data, and trend reporting.
- Collaborates with internal teams to build product roadmap for the digital channels.
- Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Manage all aspects of virtual event or webinar execution.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
